About/Joining
We actively encourage and welcome new members of all abilities to our friendly society we meet on the first Tuesday and last Tuesday of the month at the Twyn Hall, Caerphilly from 7:30pm to 9:30pm with a short break for refreshments and a chance to meet and talk to like minded people and make friends.
BECOMING A MEMBER

Our popular Demonstrations and Workshops are conducted by professional Artists in all mediums, they provide great inspiration and encouragement to members to further improve their own skills in both traditional and contemporary methods of working.
Membership fees are set at a reasonable £45 p.a. from January 2024. Youths under 25 and full time students £20 p.a. As a member you are entitled to free entrance to each meeting with a small charge of £2 for refreshments and Raffle Prize Draw.
When you join, you will be required to complete a small form giving name and contact details, this information is only for our internal records and to provide you with information about the society and up and coming notifications, these are not shared with any third parties.
Members are also able to submit works for inclusion in our Annual Exhibition hosted in the Spring at the Twyn Community Centre , Caerphilly.
We encourage and welcome Guests to attend our Demonstrations and Workshops for £5 per session, max. of 3 attendances as a Guest after which will be invited to join as a full member of the Society.
Caerphilly Art Society is governed by its constitution and managed by a committee whose members are elected at our AGM each year.
Members who wish to receive a copy of the constitution pleasecontact us directly.
